May 18-19 Cosenza, “Hotel Royal” https://www.hotelroyalcosenza.it

May 20-24 Morano Calabro: in the medieval borgo on the list of the “Borghi più belli d’Italia” and “Bandiera arancione” del Touring Club Italiano, we will stay in the “Albergo Villa S. Domenico” and in “ Albergo Merùo”, both located in the historical centre, whose apartments are exquisite and very well restored. Meals will be consumed in the excellent restaurant of Villa S. Domenico.

May 25-30 “Masseria di Torre Albidona”: an ecological farm of about 80 hectares, on a panoramic setting overlooking the Ionian Sea, with its own private beach, surrounded by a pine forest. The rooms are located in ancient farmhouses beautifully restored. The restaurant is excellent.

May 31 Lamezia Terme: Hotel Savant

The cuisine will be always local (50 km radius), seasonal, and organic.
